Sabina Espinet obtained a B.A. in Fine Arts from the University of South Florida in 1994. There she learned the principles of great design as well as fine art techniques and theory. She continued her education by earning a degree in Commercial Art/Graphic design to gain a better understanding of marketing and advertising. Sabina worked in the advertising department for a large media company for many years and gained an understanding of the design process on a large scale. Because of this, she feels she walks the fine line between aesthetically appealing art and functional art. There are many companies today that offer web design and graphics services, but they are usually technically skilled without a sense of good design, or vice versa.

Sabina's aim is to provide quality websites and graphics that serve their intended purpose and at the same time are custom designed pieces of art that represent the client and their needs. She specializes in clean, simple design and firmly subscribes to the theory that more is not necessarily better.

She started Blue Fish Studios with this concept in mind and has enjoyed the wide variety of projects she has worked on over the years for clients all around the world.
